Just saw this bit of news on Perez Hilton, which regards the ucomping Inglorious Bastards.. or should I say “InglOURious BastERds”..

In a quirky move that only Quentin Tarantino could commit, the director has officially altered the name of his German WWWII flick from Inglorious Bastards to um, InglOURious BastERds, opting for the British spelling of “inglorious” and the…phonetic spelling of “bastard?”

A spokesperson for the film - starring Brad Pitt - said, “We are not entirely sure the reasons why it has been changed. We think it just has to be one of those Tarantino-esque things. All we do know is that is definitely the title from now on.”

I don’t really see the point in the name change, but oh well. What’s done is done, right?

Thanks to my dear friend from Mélanie Doutey Web alerted me of the film that seemed to be under my radar. Sometime in 2007, Mélanie directed and wrote a film called “Mi Cuit Coeur Pistache” staring boyfriend, Julien Boisselier and friend Mélanie Doutey. I’m not too sure of the plot, but I did unearth some photos of Mélanie onset.
